I think what you&#039;re saying, and I agree that you need to know your audience (their needs, interests, etc.) AND you must know what makes you unique and able to engage them. Add your passion to this and you have a solid formula from which to create great content. Then, just do it and learn as you go.&lt;br&gt;Greg</description>

Seems the biggest difficulty in &quot;create&quot; phase is stricking a balance between general audience appeal and promoting your particular (and possibly very vertical, if that make sense) product/service/persona.  These things can be very subjective, effectively cutting off some large segments of the audience.  I think personality and telling stories matters, but personality alone will not be sufficient.  That&#039;s the dilemma, as I see it.</description>
