		<description>Nice post.  I agree that the comfort and capabilities of the content creator are a factor to be considered.  But an ever more important factor is the type and format of content that your audience (persona) wants to consume and prefers.  If your audience does not like video, then creating videos (even if that is what you prefer) will not be as effective as creating other content.</description>
